Based on proven research methods a CLUE Pilot Test Program can now be established for your company to help calculate the responses and benefits of MEGAComfort insoles.
The Program which was developed by Professor Patrick Carley of the American International College, allows both the employee and the employer to test the effectiveness of the MEGAComfort insole before implementing the concept as a company wide policy.

Objective:
MEGAComfort will prove the effectiveness of anti-fatigue insoles for those workers who typically stand or walk for at least four hours within their daily work shift: There will be a positive impact on lowering pain associated with the feet, knees, ankles, hips and back, a reduction in employee fatigue and an increase in employee comfort and mass employee acceptance. Once proven a subsidized MEGAComfort Insole Program will be implemented of Facility/Corporate wide basis.
Program Requirements
• Minimum of 750 employees.
• Corporate awareness and support of the Program with the ability to broadcast results throughout the Company
• Contact Details for the Corporate Ergonomist / Safety Manager for future follow up.
• The required budget (from matting, PPE, uniform or footwear) has already been secured and approval give to partially/fully subsidize a MEGAComfort Insole Program on a Facility/Corporate wide basis. (minimum two pairs per employee per year)
• 35 Employee Volunteers to be selected and footwear sizes and other base data acquired.
• Facility Coordinator (Safety Rep/ Ergonomist/RN) to oversee and be responsible for all data collection both pre and post insole (completed three weeks later) and insole distribution.
• Qualification is at the sole discretion of MEGAComfort.
Implementation
• Fully complete and submit the Online Qualification Questionnaire

• Once qualification has been approved, the Client will proceed to do the following:
1. Have each Employee taking part in the Program complete an Employee Information Request Form

Please Note: The Test Insoles will either be provided directly to your Company or through a mutually Preferred Distributor and will be invoiced accordingly. If 75% of matching pre and post insole data forms are completed in full and returned to MEGAComfort within 30 days, then MEGAComfort will issue a 100 % rebate
• Standard research data collection will be achieved using the specially designed pre and post insole survey data forms consisting of ten questions each (fill in the blank and circles).
• Immediately after full completion of the pre-insole survey forms, the Test Insoles should be dispensed and fitted to the employees who have signed up for the program.
• If floor matting is to be removed, a break-in period of three to four days for the Test Insoles should first be allowed.
• Recommended Time Frame: The study proposes that the post-insole survey forms be completed and collected three weeks after the insoles have been dispensed and pre-insole survey forms competed
• MEGAComfort will provide all the required forms, test insoles and summarize all data.
• Once all the results have been summarized and conclusions made by Dr. Kevan Orvitz, they will be included in a multimedia presentation to the made available to the appropriate Facility (Safety/Ergonomic Team, Plant Manager, etc.) and Corporate Personnel.
